ASSIGNMENT

Monroe Credit Advisors was engaged to place a senior secured credit facility to refinance the existing debt of Merit Capital Partners’ portfolio company, Skyline Windows, LLC. The company was seeking a lower overall cost of capital with a lender that could also support its near term and long term growth objectives.

EXECUTION

Monroe Credit Advisors worked with the Skyline team to structure several different debt solutions that would meet the company’s goals and objectives. Monroe quickly prepared a detailed confidential memorandum and developed a targeted list of potential lenders. Monroe successfully generated a number of financing alternatives with proposals from senior bank lenders, commercial finance companies, debt funds and mezzanine lenders focusing on middle market cash flow transactions. Monroe assisted the Skyline team in evaluating the available alternatives to select the best structure and long term partner. During the closing process, Monroe helped negotiate the final credit terms and legal documentation while managing a variety of issues with multiple lending constituents, which ultimately lead to a successful and timely execution.
