The finance division of a major US-based technology company, seeking to manage credit exposure to a large client, sought to syndicate lease receivables outside of their existing investor base which did not have additional capacity.
Monroe Credit Advisors identified several non-traditional investors in search of attractive yielding assets for their secured credit portfolios. Monroe's experienced capital markets team worked with the vendor to negotiate an acceptable yield, terms and conditions. The sale allowed the vendor to divest the investment, which freed up new capacity to underwrite new leases.
